Short Bio
Iver Lauermann has studied chemistry in Hamburg (Germany). He works at HZB since 2002 where he helped to build the CISSY setup which can be used for XPS, UPS in lab conditions plus XES when connected to a BESSY II beamline. He has 12 years experience in compound semiconductor thin film research, x-ray based analysis and use of synchrotron radiation, participated in national and European projects (ATHLET, currently SOPHIA, KESTCELLS) and is head of the CISSY Group at the institute for heterogeneous material systems (HZB)
