CHEETAH knowledge Exchange Portal is an integral part of CHEETAH project web site powered and developed by DTE unit of ENEA ©2014 - 2018 with support of all CHEETAH Partners. Starting from early 2018, CHEETAH KEP moved its first steps to became EERA Knowledge Exchange Platform for PV Technology (KEPT-PV). A new name for the previous platform characterizing our will to serve better and more efficiently in Knowledge Exchange a wider European and International PV RTD community.

Short Bio

João M. Serra is a full faculty professor and researcher at the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (FCUL). His research interests are in crystalline silicon processing for solar energy applications. His activities include participation in several EU projects (SUGAR-leading the Portuguese partner, EUREKA-SIPOSI, MUSIC FM, HEXSI, and ProBio-HySens) and as team leader in several national projects. Besides his activities related to solar energy and PV technology he has been involved in teaching photovoltaics for more than 10 years. He is the Director of the MIT-Portugal PhD program at FCUL and author and co-author of more than 60 refereed technical/scientific papers. He is currently the Energy group leader of Instituto Dom Luiz, a large (+100 researchers) research centre with focus on Earth Sciences and Energy.
