Hybrid Halide Perovskite for Photovoltaic Applications
CHEETAH Webinar
Dr. Vanira Trifiletti |
28th April 2017 |
The hybrid halide perovskites materials are producing a revolutionary development in the field of solution processed optoelectronic devices and, above all, in solution processable photovoltaic, pushing, in few years, the solar cells performances from 3% to more than 22%. The fast increase of perovskite-based solar cell performances is correlated to its unique photophysical properties, such as remarkable optical absorption across a wide range of the solar spectrum, ambipolar charge transport and long charge carrier diffusion lengths.
Herein, in this webinar the speaker firstly present the optical and electrical properties and then she explores the most used device architectures and deposition processes; moreover, she dwells on devices characterization, proposing a test procedure. In conclusion, she will glance through the prospects and opportunities for technological development.
