Short Bio
Dr. Felix Lang: received a Ph.D. in physics from the Technical University Berlin for his works on the stability and properties of methylammonium lead iodide solar cells in 2017. Under supervision of Prof. Dr. N.H Nickel from the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH, he investigated the remarkable hardness of CH3NH3PbI3 under proton irradiation, as well as the instability mechanisms under UV and VIS illumination. In parallel, he demonstrated the first graphene-contacted perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell. Recently, he was awarded a Feodor Lynen Fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
