FOR RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
CHEETAH knowledge Exchange Portal is an integral part of CHEETAH project web site powered and developed by DTE unit of ENEA ©2014 - 2018 with support of all CHEETAH Partners. Starting from early 2018, CHEETAH KEP moved its first steps to became EERA Knowledge Exchange Platform for PV Technology (KEPT-PV). A new name for the previous platform characterizing our will to serve better and more efficiently in Knowledge Exchange a wider European and International PV RTD community.

Short Bio

Thirteen years of experience in the field of the Photovoltaic Solar Energy, I participated in the design and start-up of the Photovoltaic Module Testing Laboratory, one of the first laboratories in the world accredited to perform tests for the qualification of crystalline silicon PV modules. I also have participated actively in the extension of the laboratory to other technologies (thin film, concentrator photovoltaics) when the applicable international standards were published.
During the years in the sector, I have acquired experience in the characterization of PV modules and their potential degradation mechanisms; analyzing from their origin in the manufacturing processes to their consequences in the photovoltaic power plants. Furthermore, I have achieved a wide knowledge in the uncertainties estimation processes of measurements in general and in maximum power determination of PV modules and PV generators in particular.
I have participated in many conferences of PV solar energy, presenting publications in European, American and Ibero-American conferences.
I have participated in several R&D projects financed by Spanish and European entities. Besides, I have attended to several workshops in Europe about the performing of measurements in PV modules and to some meetings of the International Energy Agency (IEA) about durability in PV modules
