Permanent Researcher in printed electronics
Laboratory for Nanomaterials and Devices (SSPT-PROMAS-NANO)
Dr Fulvia Villani received the M.S. degree in physics from the University of Naples (Italy) in 1993 and the Ph.D. degree in 1997. In 2000 she joined ENEA as permanent researcher. Currently, she leads part of the research on printed electronics developed at laboratories of ENEA Research Center in Portici. She is focused on solution processing of organic, organic-inorganic and nano-composite based inks, developing expertise in the realization and characterization of optical components (microlens), and flexible electronic and optoelectronic devices (OTFTs, VOC and gas sensors, OPVs, OLEDs) ans solar cells. She has been involved in national and European projects, also as scientific representative. She is author/coauthor of many technical papers, published in scientific reviews or presented at international Conferences.
