Short Bio
Yaroslav Romanyuk received his PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne in 2005. After his postdoctoral stay at the University of California, Berkeley, he joined Empa as a group leader in the Laboratory for Thin Films and Photovoltaics to research energy-related materials, TCOs and contact materials deposited by vacuum and low-cost, non-vacuum and printing techniques. He coordinated several national and international projects, holds several patents and has co-authored more than 100 research articles.
