REY-STOLLE Ignacio

Ignacio Rey-Stolle is a Professor at the Solar Energy Institute of the Technical University of Madrid (Madrid, Spain).The research activities of Prof. Rey-Stolle focus on III-V multijunction solar cells doing material growth by MOVPE, device design, simulation, fabrication, characterization and reliability studies. This work has resulted in several world-record efficiency solar cell devices that have been produced at his research group. He has co-authored more than 100 scientific papers, four book chapters, has co-edited the Handbook of Concentrator Photovoltaic Technology and holds one patent.
