Researcher in silicon layer growth and characterization
Hariharsudan Sivaramakrishnan Radhakrishnan (Hari) obtained his Bachelor degree in Engineering (B.Eng.) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2006 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. From 2006-2007, he worked as a Yield Enhancement engineer in Chartered Silicon Partners, a subsidiary of Chartered Semiconductors, in Singapore.
In 2009, he obtained his dual Master degrees (M.Sc.) in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from TU Delft, the Netherlands and KU Leuven, Belgium. From 2009 to 2014, he pursued his doctoral research on porous silicon gettering, epitaxial silicon lift-off and epilayer quality improvement.
From 2014 till present, he is working as a researcher at imec, Belgium in the topics of epitaxial silicon layer transfer, heterojunction IBC solar cells and mechanical strength characterisation of thin silicon.
