DELLA NOCE Marco
Research in Solar Photovoltaic Solar cells
Marco Della Noce is a physicist is working at ENEA Portici Research Center since 2000. In previous years he got experience on laser systems and on ground penetrating radar systems. He has a long term experience on thin film deposition techniques, among which PECVD and Sputtering. His main interest is now devoted to the Transparent Conductive Oxide-TCO realized by stauttering and to realization and optimization of heterojunction solar cells based on n and p-type c-Si. He is co-author of numerous scientific papers published in international peer reviewed journals and national conference presentations.
