Researcher in Photovoltaic Solar energy and new materials
Innovative Devices Unit - Photovoltaic and smart Network Division - Energy Technologies Department [DTE-FSN-DIN]
Dr Laura Lancellotti graduated in physics at Federico II University in Naples (Italy) where she obtained also her PhD in cooperation with ENEA Research Center (Portici, Naples). She joined ENEA as permanent researcher in 2001. There she was involved in projects about Photovoltaic Concentration leading part of the research on crystalline silicon solar cells modelling behaviour under concentration. She is experienced in fabrication and characterization of silicon based heterojunction and graphene/silicon solar cells.
