FOR RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
CHEETAH knowledge Exchange Portal is an integral part of CHEETAH project web site powered and developed by DTE unit of ENEA ©2014 - 2018 with support of all CHEETAH Partners. Starting from early 2018, CHEETAH KEP moved its first steps to became EERA Knowledge Exchange Platform for PV Technology (KEPT-PV). A new name for the previous platform characterizing our will to serve better and more efficiently in Knowledge Exchange a wider European and International PV RTD community.

Short Bio

Francesca Brunetti received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering (cum laude) with a thesis on organic transistors from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” Rome, Italy, in 2001 and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications and microelectronics from the same University in 2005. From 2005-2006 she worked as Marie Curie Fellow with a project on organic photodetectors in the Institute for Nanoelectronics of the Technical University of Munich, Germany implementing nanofabrication processes based on the use of nanoimprint lithography.

In 2006 she became a Research Assistant in the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” Rome. In the same year she cofounded the Centre for Hybrid and Organic Solar Energy, Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Her research activity is focused on the analysis, design and manufacture of electronic and optoelectronic devices through the use of nanomaterials and organic semiconductors. She is involved in the study of carbon nanotube based vacuum diodes and triodes, organic thin-film transistors, organic bulk heterojunction and perovskite solar cells. She has authored over 50 publications including 5 patents
