The photovoltaic industry expanded by introducing new technological breakthroughs, from material level up to PV module manufacturing. The measurements and characterization is an important aspect of photovoltaic issues and the outdoor characterizations are currently used to validate performance in operative condition to certificate in order that module will sold by confirming their performance in diverse applications.
The webinar consists of two parts
- The first analyses the test sequences, conditions and requirements for the performance of a PV module according to IEC standards and the ability to accurately predict the power generation of a PV module over a long period of time as an important factor for the PV market.
- The second presents a comprehensive comparison between a poly-Si and a-Si/?-Si thin-film tandem PV module under Long-term outdoor conditions in Greece.
